Nearly four years ago we opened our first retail store which is located in Louth, Lincolnshire. This has become our main distribution centre for our mail order sales and gives us the opportunity to meet the general public. It was important to us that we established a face to face relationship with some of our customers, allowing us to gauge their needs and improve our knowledge of UK customer requirements.
