offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with
any product you buy from us we will give you your money back within 30 days of
cancellation. Notification of your wish to return goods must be made in writing
to us within 7 working days beginning the day after receiving the goods. You can

Customers are responsible for the costs of returning all goods and are advised

to offer the most efficient service we can. However should our goods or services

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product or a refund will be given.

Post) on receipt of payment. Items over 2kg are sent via a Courier. Please allow
2-5 days for delivery (UK Mainland), however the majority of orders are received
on the following working day. For goods shipped to other countries we regrettably
